These Terms govern access to and use of x-managers, operated by JRMBS Company. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. The service
x-managers provides tools to purchase and manage hour packs, book capacity, track progress, approve delivery, and issue invoices for creative and technical work.
We may improve, add, or remove features over time. Material changes that affect billed services will be communicated through the product or your account contacts when reasonably possible.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for credentials associated with your account and for activity that occurs under it. Keep access limited to people authorized to act for your organization.
You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised or misused.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service integrity, scrape data without permission, or use x-managers for unlawful purposes.
You must not upload malware, impersonate others, or interfere with other customers' use of the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Content and data
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant JRMBS Company a limited license to host, process, and display that material solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Billing and hour packs
Fees for hour packs and related services are described in your order, contract, or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are due as shown on the invoice.
Unused hours, rollover rules, and refund eligibility — if any — follow the commercial terms agreed for your account.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen incidents may affect availability.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
